Orders:
Order processing standard is approximately 3-5 business days
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-14 days and can check the status of your package by using the Tracking number provided.
*Holidays and other unforeseen events may delay the delivery date and should be expected.
*Shipping is offered within the USA only.
**Meaningful Sentiments is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
**All sales for sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final and nonrefundable.
Returns/Exchange/Product Issues:
You may request to return/exchange any unused & unwashed items in their original packaging, and/or product issues within 14 days of the delivery date, if the product received does not meet your expectations.
All items to be returned/exchanged, must be received by Meaningful Sentiments within 30 days of the original delivery date. Meaningful Sentiments will reach out directly after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and will advise if the return/exchange is approved. To be considered an ‘approved return or exchange’, requires each product to meet the minimum requirements of: being free of pet hair, scents, and deliberate damage.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All returns will be processed in the form of the original payment method.
All exchanges are subject to current availability. Meaningful Sentiments cannot guarantee the same item for exchange and will communicate directly with the requesting customer, of all availability options after the returned product is received.
All product issues will be addressed by Meaningful Sentiments on a case by case basis to make it right.
